What is BIM?

BIM, or Building Information Modeling, is a cutting-edge approach to designing and managing building projects. Unlike traditional methods, BIM allows for the creation of a detailed 3D model that includes information about every element of a building. This means that all aspects of the design, from the structure to the materials, are integrated into a single, dynamic model. This integration helps in visualizing the project more accurately, coordinating between different design elements, and detecting potential issues before construction begins.
